Mr. R. Tony Pisa 73, of Danvers, beloved husband of the late Gisela (Schreib) Pisa, died Saturday afternoon at his home surrounded by his family.

Born in Beverly, he was the son of the late Anthony A. and Camilla G. (Mezza) Pisa. He was raised and educated in Beverly and was a graduate of Beverly High School. He continued his education graduating from Boston University.

An honorably discharged veteran, he served his country stationed in Germany as a member of the United States Army, where he met his beloved wife Gisela
.
Mr. Pisa had been employed as a Para-legal for Attorney John Cavicchi in East Boston for many years until the time of his retirement.

A longtime resident of the town of Danvers, Tony was a member of the Polish Club of Danvers, the Italian Community Club of Beverly and the Vittori- Rocci Post # 56, Italian American War Veterans in Beverly and the American Legion, Herman A. Spear Post, #331 in Beverly. He was beloved by his loving family and will be deeply missed.

Tony is survived by his 3 daughters, Petra Ventresca of Wakefield, Denise Blais and her husband James of Middleton and Carole Blake and her husband of Barstow, CA, his sons, Gary Pisa and his fiancé Brenda of Taunton, Rocky Pisa of Beverly and Anthony Pisa and his wife Maria of Medford, his 21 grandchildren, his seven great grandchildren, his sister Patricia and her husband Bill Bresnahan of Beverly, his brother Anthony 'Tony" and his wife Dianne Pisa of Danvers and several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Carol Taglieri.

ARRANGEMENTS: His funeral service will be held in the Peterson-O'Donnell Funeral Home 167 Maple St., (rte 62) Danvers, Tuesday, visiting hours from 2 to 5 P.M. Followed by a Prayer Service at 5 P.M. Relatives and friends invited. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Tony's memory to the Shriner's Burns Institute, 51 Blossom St., Boston, Ma 02114.
